With the Optimal Set I always feel perfectly supplied for my sport. In the morning before early training, the PowerCocktail gives me the necessary wake-up kick. After training, the Restorate allows me an improved regeneration and thus a better performance in the 2nd training session of the day.
I feel rested and ready for the next workout. Since I also drink the Restorate in the evening, it is much easier for me. Due to that, I can deliver even more performance in training and competition.
