Today, we’ve got finger-licking ice cream recipes, including some of your favorite FitLine products!
These recipes need only a few ingredients, easy to follow, and the ice creams and popsicles are prepared in no time! You can make them in advance, so you have them ready for a summer party, a get-together with family and friends, or simply as a refreshing treat for yourself on hot summer days!?
Vanilla Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 22 g of whey protein
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g raspberries
- 2 leveled spoons FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Vanilla
Directions
- In a shaker, dissolve FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Vanilla in 250 ml milk,
- Add 22 g of FitLine Whey protein,
- Shake, pour into molds, and add raspberries,
- Put in the freezer for 12h.
Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 200 g of FitLine Feel Good Yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 70% dark chocolate chunks
Directions
- With a fork, mash the banana and combine with the chocolate chunks
- Add to the 200 g of FitLine Feel Good Yoghurt,
- Add 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup, and put in the freezer for 12 hours.
Vegan Mango Granita
Ingredients
- 3 leveled measuring spoons FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Mango
- 300 ml water
- A fresh mango
- Mint leaves
Directions
- Mix FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Mango with 300 ml water,
- Cut mango into cubes and add fresh mango pieces to the ProShape,
- Store in the freezer for 12h and crush it to make it a granita,
- Serve with mint leaves. Enjoy!
Berry Popsicles
Ingredients
- 250 g FitLine Feel Good Yoghurt
- 3 leveled measuring spoons FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Berries
- Fresh berries
- Popsicle mold and sticks
Directions
- Mix FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Berries with 250 ml FitLine Feel Good Yoghurt,
- Poor it in the popsicle mold and add berries inside,
- Put a stick into each mold,
- Store in the freezer for 12h,
- Enjoy!
Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 300 ml soy milk or almond milk
- 3 leveled measuring spoons of FitLine ProShape All-in-1 Chocolate
- Frozen raspberries
Directions
- Dissolve ProShape Chocolate in 300 ml vegetable milk,
- Add raspberries cut into pieces,
- Put in the freezer for 12 hours.
Orange-Raspberry-Sunrise Popsicles
Ingredients
- 300 ml still water
- 2 tbsp of FitLine Antioxy
- 50 g raspberries
- Popsicle mold and sticks
Directions
- Dissolve 2 heaped teaspoons of FitLine Antioxy in 300 ml of still water
- Add strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth,
- First, pour the FitLine Antioxy into each popsicle mold and fill about ¾,
- Then, using a spoon, add the raspberry mixture into each mold to fill it up and put a stick into each mold,
- Store in the freezer for 12h,
- Enjoy!
